Nobody has free health care. There are some who get it without paying for it, but it is not free. I will be helping pay for theirs while the price of mine goes up.

LOL! Am I GLAD? About what, exactly? Nobody's getting anything for another 4 years. My health care is not, and will never be, free. See, I have this thing called a job, and that requires me to actually pay for my health insurance. All health care reform does for me is deprive me of my right to decline the health insurance offered by my employer (should the cost become more than I can afford). In fact, the current estimate is that the cost of my health care will go up 15-20% over the next few years. I'm not rich. In fact, I'm barely middle class. What am I supposed to be so glad about?
...of course I am, even though it's not quite free...people oppose HC just because their political affiliates are in opposition of it..this bill needed to be passed, as there are waay too many children in this country that DO NOT have healthcare insurance.
Every man, woman and child in America does not have FREE health care; many will not have health care at all, even though Obama has promised that they will. Nothing is free, my friend and this health care is much more costly than any health care you have ever been exposed to. Less care, less services, longer waiting for appointments, less decisions by your doctor and yourself, much longer waits at the facility when you actually can be seen, more turn aways from doctors who do not take Medicare or Medicaid, if you have those programs, more seniors refused care because they are too old or the care is too expensive; longer waits for treatments that must be given to save your life. Someone who is not a doctor, someone who has been appointed by the government will now make those choices for you. (and much, much more!!)



What makes me crazy is how this bill was jammed down our throats and rushed through without even reading it, without most of America knowing what was in it and with Nancy Pelosi and Obama telling us that we would find out what was in it AFTER the bill was signed. How crazy is it to spend 1/6 of the economy on a bill we haven't read and don't know about? Who signs contracts without reading the fine print? Only the bribed and threatened I guess. Every one who voted for this monstrosity of a bill needs to be voted out of office at the next election. Anyone who treats the people they are supposed to be representing like we have been treated does not deserve an opportunity to do it again.
