and i want to come to the u.s and get a job as one there....

There are women who have to travel an hour or even more in this country now, just for checkups with their closest doctor let alone to go to the hospital's OB department for any reason. There is a severe nursing shortage in the United States. There isn't a hospital system that isn't hiring and unemployment among nurses is practically non-existent. You should be able to find a job!
