If parent is having same blood group as well as RH factor then is there any problem with the health of child?

Usually, the if the mother has RH factor, the first child with no RH factor would not have any health problems but with the second child with no RH factor, problems may arise as the mother's body have developed antibodies to 'fight' the fetus.
