I recently won a game from the PC Gamer magazine but the CD Key was missing 7 digits. What should I do?

I got Lost Planet from PC Gamer last tuesday. Unfortunately when I tried to install it on my computer, I noticed that the CD Key was missing 7 digits. So now I can't install the game. What should I do?Definately contact them and state your case, im sure they will send you one over the internet when they verify you actually won the game.
