What do I do when my gamer account is stolen?

My boyfriend was trying to sell his guild wars account and found a buyer online. The buyer was suppose to send the money to his paypal account, but didn't and changed all the information on the account. 2. Try calling ANet support and see if you can prove the account is yours. Usually the only way to do so is either with security questions or telling them you have the account key. (Located inside the game box)



It's really hard to get out of these situations because the support person might be a jerk.
